Magnus Töveberg
Magnus has spent more than three decades on the operator side of the problem BRDG was created to solve — moving consumer brands into new markets and making them work once they land. After starting out at H&M and SAP and co-founding Gaia Retail Solutions, he moved abroad to run businesses on the ground — first leading Oriflame in Egypt, then Hult in Dubai, then Suma Gourmet across the GCC and Maldives. In 2016 he joined Daniel Wellington, joining the global executive team with responsibility across Europe, the Americas, India, the Middle East and Africa. India became the formative chapter — the kind of market that teaches you everything the deck doesn't. He founded BRDG to become the partner he wished he'd been introduced to when he first landed there: local teams in place, distribution mapped, mistakes already made.
