01Founder

Magnus Töveberg

Magnus has spent more than three decades on the operator side of the problem BRDG was created to solve — moving consumer brands into new markets and making them work once they land. After starting out at H&M and SAP and co-founding Gaia Retail Solutions, he moved abroad to run businesses on the ground — first leading Oriflame in Egypt, then Hult in Dubai, then Suma Gourmet across the GCC and Maldives. In 2016 he joined Daniel Wellington, joining the global executive team with responsibility across Europe, the Americas, India, the Middle East and Africa. India became the formative chapter — the kind of market that teaches you everything the deck doesn't. He founded BRDG to become the partner he wished he'd been introduced to when he first landed there: local teams in place, distribution mapped, mistakes already made.

Lucas Seifert

Today, BRDG exists because too many great businesses never reach their potential beyond their home market — and Lucas has spent nearly three decades making sure that doesn't happen. A career built entirely in international retail, he joined the H&M Group early and rose through markets across Europe and Asia, playing an integral role in landmark expansions including H&M's entry into the Middle East. Startup, rapid expansion or market leader, Lucas has delivered in all of them. Building brands, running full P&Ls and creating results across multiple brands and channels. When Lucas left H&M, it was as CHRO of one of the world's largest fashion groups. Now, as COO and partner at BRDG, he brings that experience directly to the businesses BRDG serves — with a personal understanding of what it takes to move a brand across borders and make it succeed on the other side.

Gustaf Töveberg

Gustaf runs business performance and day-to-day operations at BRDG — owning the systems, processes and partner relationships that turn strategy into shipped outcomes. He works closely with our partners across India, the GCC and the EU to keep client launches on time, on budget and on brand.

Martin Bergenholm

Martin leads key client relationships at BRDG, owning the day-to-day commercial dialogue with the brands we operate for. He's the single point of contact who keeps strategy, execution and reporting aligned — making sure each client gets a partner that actually answers the phone.
